Haia !

My name is Mari but I go by mythsntits on socials. I am a bilingual self employed artist based in Cardiff but I was lucky enough to grow up in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, sprouting my love for history, folklore and mythology. I love exploring the female and queer stories within our history through my cheeky sense of humour.

I studied illustration at Cardiff Met and started mythsntits in 2018, a year after graduating. My first solo show 'mythsntits' was an exploration of female and queer characters within Greek mythology.

Since then I have worked on some exciting projects such as designing merch for Panic Shack, Chroma, Victoria Scone and The Welsh Ballroom Community. Digital Artwork for podcasts like Kiri Pritchard Mclean's 'Who You Wearing?' and 'Esgusodwch Fi?' The first queer Welsh language podcast presented by Meilir Rhys Williams and Iestyn Wyn.

I have also had the pleasure of working with The Eisteddfod, Hansh and The WRU.

My work has been featured on Iaith Ar Daith with Jayde Adams  and Cymru Ar Gynfas with Owain Wyn Evans.
